Shop Wise via Online

Few of my friends were asking me about my level of confident in shopping online – tak takut ke duit lesap, barang yang sampai tak seperti yang digambarkan, CC number dicuri orang – Erm, the truth is I just followed my guts and I only buy from the web that I boldly sure my money would be secured and I’ll get the items as it promised – website like eBay International, Amazon.com, Ergobabycarrier.com and Richardcassidy.co.uk.

The rest I never tried – takut la – especially those yang method of payment not as discreet as Paypal.com – which you have to reveal your CC number together with the CVV number.

Setakat ke hari ni, Alhamdullillah – semua selamat sampai ke pintu rumah/ofis – paling tak selamat pun, sampai ke Kastam which later you have to claim the items at KLIA sana tu.

IMO, shopping yang paling selamat adalah di eBay International. Even shop kat Amazon.com pun you have to give your CC details as dia tak link to Paypal.com. Macam-macam dah barang yang aku beli kat eBay – dari breastpumps, baby bottles, babywearings stuffs, cloth diapers, DH beli bicycle parts (just to name a few). eBay ni seriously macam pasar borong belakang rumah – apa sahaja yang ko nak, insyaAllah ko bole jumpa dalam eBay: vintage, new, namakan sahaja. Kalo yang bertanya tentang designer stuff like handbag or shoes tu ori atau tak, tak tahu la pulak - tak penah beli sebab tak minat.. ekekek..

Dan satu that I strongly satisfied with eBay adalah dia jaga hak kita, hak buyer. Seller tak bole tipu Buyer: in fact, kalo ada problem, kita bole call to dispute the seller and eBay will fight for the buyer rights (that’s me.. hehehe). Duit apa sahaja bole claim balik kalo barang tak sampai – sebab tu ada setengah seller dia akan mentioned dia tak hantar barang ke certain country: may be dia penah kena kes hantar barang tapi buyer tak dapat.

And memang betul, ada setengah barang that I bought can be found locally – so kenapa take the risk to buying in oversea? Tentu nya sebab HARGA. Seriously, jauh lebih murah if I buy in eBay compare buying in local online store. Bukan la tak nak support local store, but if I have other alternative, which I don’t mind to wait like more than two weeks, apa salah nya beli kat eBay.

And I believe I’m a bargain buyer – suka nak beli barang dengan harga yang murah-murah jer. Favorite shopping place: Giant and Carrefour. Erm, bila la nak ada Wal-mart and Target kat Malaysia ni? Hehehe.. Ah, sudah.
