Is Facebook spamming your mail?

In my case, YES it is:


And today, just today, I know how to turn off the spam button. Heheheh.. If you bumped into same scenario just like me, what can you do is:
1) Go to Setting (beside your name, before logout button) and click the button
2) Then go to Notification
3) And uncheck the relevant square
4) Then, you're done
