Murajaah dalam Solat

Bismillah,

Alhamdullillah, segala puji hanya bagi Allah swt. As I was desperately wanting to know an effective way to revise a juz a day, I bumped into this article. Ma shaa Allah, one good articles and after digesting the information given, I came out with this Murajaah Log.

Murajaah is a revision of what we have memorise in Quran. It is as important as the learning of new hifz.

This Murajaah log is to help you tracking your revision.

The goal is to revise in every single day in our solah.
How to:
1. Keep your intention entirely to please Allah in the whole process, and make du’aa that He makes it easy, and He doesn’t allow you to completely slide off track.

2. Try to read portion that you are going to recite in your salah just before your salah so that it is fresh in your mind.

3. The idea is to read a page in every rakaah.
Sunnah Fajr - 2pages
Fajr- 2pages
Dhuha - 4pages
Before Zhur - 2pages
Zhur - 2pages
After Zhur- 2pages
Asr - 2pages
Isya' - 2pages
After Isya' - 2pages
By the end of the day, you've read 20pages, which equal to 1juz.
You can make it half page so that you done half juz a day - whichever suit you best.

4.  If you miss a slot, it’s not a domino effect. Just move onto the next slot and work on what you missed later. Example, if you just couldn’t recite the first page of Surah Naba for Zuhr,  don’t miss out on the second page for Asr as well.
Don’t mentally make it a burden so that missing one slot means that you have to start all over again.

5. In addition to adding more khushoo’ in salah, knowing the meaning of what you recite means that you are more focused and appreciative of what your Rabb is saying. Personally, memorising with the translation has helped immensely when it comes to recalling the surah.

Semoga perkongsian ini memberi manfaat.
Salam alaik.
